How much does an automation cost?
The first automation starts at €490 excl. VAT, including the observation of how you actually work. The free, detailed quote sets the exact amount within 48 hours, before any commitment; every additional automation is priced line by line.
What is an AI agent, exactly?
A program that reads what comes in (an email, a form, an invoice), applies your rules and prepares what follows: a reply, a spreadsheet line, a follow-up. It works with your current tools and every action it takes stays traceable.
Do we need to change tools or software?
No. Automations plug into what you already use: mailbox, spreadsheet, quoting software. If your case requires an extra tool, it is written in the quote, never discovered along the way.
What if the agent gets it wrong?
We define together what goes out on its own and what waits for your approval. During the run-in period the agent prepares and you approve everything; automatic sending then only covers what you have explicitly decided. Everything is logged and monitored, like the sites I host.
How long does it take to set up?
First the observation of your real process, included in the price, then the setup and the run-in period. The exact timeline depends on the process: it is written in the quote, along with the scope and the price.
Where do the automations run, and who has access?
On the infrastructure I operate in France, with your data staying in the European Union. I am its only administrator: no third-party provider is in the loop, and nothing is subcontracted.
