What the hosting and maintenance plan covers
The plan covers what keeps a site running after go-live: hosting, the security certificate, backups, monitoring, security updates, and the domain name when I manage it. Any small interventions included on top, and their limit, are written in the quote; beyond that, they are billed for the time spent, at a rate given beforehand.

Monthly plan prices
The tier follows what is hosted: a small site does not cost what running an application with accounts and a database does.
VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French tax code: the price excl. VAT is the price paid. The plan starts at go-live.

An outage at the hosting provider on 19 June 2026, SSH access lost after a reboot on 1 August: each incident is written up, with its cause and what changed afterwards.
Term, cancellation, data return: the plan's conditions
Is there a minimum term?
No. The subscription starts at go-live, renews every month and can be cancelled at any time, in writing, with thirty days' notice, by either of us.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Services stop at the end of the notice period, and your data is returned to you in a usable format, on request made within thirty days. A domain name registered for you is transferred to you once any amounts due are paid.
Is 100% uptime guaranteed?
No: it is a best-efforts service, with no contractual uptime rate. The plan guarantees continuous monitoring, with an alert at the first outage, encrypted backups every night and updates. Outages caused by network operators, energy suppliers or third-party services are outside its scope.
Is the domain name included?
When I manage it, its registration and renewal are included in the plan, and it stays in your name.
Can you host a site you did not build?
Yes, after an assessment: that is the site rescue service, with a written audit from €290 excl. VAT, then the move to managed hosting, without changing the site's address.
Can I host elsewhere?
Yes. The plan is not a condition: the site, its code and the domain name belong to you, and you remain free to hand them to another host.
